Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SharePoint environments within a large-scale IT estate.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain on-premises SharePoint environments
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes and improvements
• Manage underlying Windows Server infrastructure and related services
• Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes as required
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for operational tasks
• Support security and access control within the platform
• Assist with deployments and platform changes
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver improvements
• Maintain documentation and operational standards

Experience:

• Strong experience supporting SharePoint in enterprise environments
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and infrastructure support
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with Active Directory or identity services
• Understanding of security and access control in enterprise systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
